Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.
Return Policy:
Return/Exchange is available only for selected Sarees, including Chanderi Silk, Cotton, Linen, Kota Doriya, Maheshwari Silk, Modal Silk, and Cotton Ajrakh Sarees.
Return eligibility and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
If pickup service is not available at your location, the customer must self-ship the product to our office address.
Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the saree type and reason for return.
Refund Policy:
Refund requests are accepted only in case of:
Damaged or defective saree
Wrong or missing item
Color or design mismatch (minor variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects)
Once the returned saree is picked up and quality-checked, the refund will be processed within 7 working days using the original payment method.
Important Notes for Return:
Sarees must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unstitched.
Product should be returned with original tags, fall/pico intact (if applicable), and original packaging.
Sarees showing signs of use, stains, washing, ironing, alteration, or perfume smell will not be accepted.
Customized, altered, or made-to-order sarees are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
